The Steps of Embroidery
-
01 Graphic Files
The design or graphic must be created first, in any file format style.
-
02 Digitizing
Embroidery digitizing involves converting artwork or designs into a digital format that embroidery machines can read. This process requires specialized software to map out the stitching path, including stitch types, directions, and densities. Once digitized, the design file is uploaded to an embroidery machine, which then stitches the design onto fabric accordingly.
-
03 Final Details
Once the file is digitized, thread colors picked out, and sizing of design is determined; the final stich count determines the pricing.

Digitizing
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or design into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can read. We digitize our own files, but due to some files complexity we may need to outsource.
File format needed: Jpg, Png, Pdf, or Svg
One-time Digitizing Service Fee: Starts at $10

Stitch Count
After the Digitizing stage is complete, a sample of the design will be sewn out to ensure perfection.. Once the design is set to the desired size, the embroidery software provides the total stitch count. The larger and more detailed a logo, the higher the stitch count.
** I can only give an educated guess on a stitch count range for an estimated quote prior to having the design digitized

Pricing
Based on the total stitch count of the design, & the total quantity of pieces, determines the per piece price.
